The boys at SERVPRO of Plymouth/Wareham who helped service my home after a fire where just so great. I am a 75 y/o women, and they where so helpful in so many ways, I will not soon forget them. I also have a selfie I took with them that I will always have, and Jessica taught me how to share it with them on the internet.

I can't speak highly enough of the ownership and crew of SERVPRO of Plymouth/Wareham. Our entire community was flooded, causing a sewage system malfunction that resulted in our basement toilet and sinks flowing in REVERSE. Needless to say, we had a nasty mess on our hands. SERVPRO came in with a great crew of clean-cut professionals and held our hand all the way through the cleanup process (we were pretty freaked out at first). After they were done, the basement was immaculate. I couldn't be more happy with the results. Thanks Jess Haskins! Due to the recent storm in North Carolina I received services from SERVPRO DH Storm Team. Due to the fact that the field team were so busy, they were unable to get me a receipt for payment. I tried all day talking to different personnel at corporate no luck. Then I decided call the franchise that served me and talked to Jess Haskins. She work hard and in a few minutes she emailed me with info I needed to show that I had paid my insurance deductible. The storm was very bad and I was stress to my limit but with people like Jess I can take another step forward.
